mushroom one onion broccoli all the
spices will be one teaspoon each ginger
paste minced gar lic cumin powder salt
coriander powder white pepper black pepper
cumin seeds soy sauce quarter cup 1/3
cup olive oil onion is cut into bit
sizes mushroom cut into small size and
broccoli also cut into small pieces for
first bring olive oil and then add the
garlic and ginger then cook them for
like a 20 30 seconds and brinh onions
and now it's about 1 minute of cooking
onions all these steps are a missed
because camera battery died bring mushroom
you wanna keep the onion fresh and
we're going to saute mushrooms along
with onions
I'll bring all the spices mix it well
bring your gas to medium we'll add the
soy sauce
cover with lid cook it for three
minutes exactly three minutes mushroom
has released all the water and they are
tender of bring broccoli mix it well so
once it's all mix
cover with the lid and cook for two minutes two
minutes of cooking you don't want it to
cook for too long otherwise the broccoli
will get the Mushy and it won't
taste good you want mushroom to be tender
but broccoli to be firm so now bring
the gas to high and we'll cook it for
few more minutes until you see the water
evaporates cooking with the high gas with
open lid about five minutes the water has
evaporated and dish is ready
this dish is super delicious and real
